Last Day of School

Karly finished up her last day of second grade at Monroe Elementary yesterday. We were invited to the awards ceremony where Karly was presented with the Presidental Academic Achievement Award among the second graders...we are very proud of all the hard work Karly has put forth this year. She ended the school year with a party and a trip to the Rollar Skating rink. Karly said she was a little sad that school was finished for the year but she is glad that she will be able to sleep in as long as she wants and looks forward to playing with her little brother all summer long! We just can't believe that our little girl will soon be 8 years old...where does the time go?!
