Third Grade Carnival & Parade

Today Karly's classroom was transformed into a carnival. The kids were divided into groups of three and they had to design their own game, with rules and of course prizes...they have been working very hard on this project and did an awesome job, everyone had alot of fun. Today they invited families to come and enjoy their carnival.


This was the booth that Karly helped design...

Here she is with her friends Amanda and Ashley...they made up the game of "Balancing Bowling"..you had to balance a large blackboard eraser on your head and then try to bowl over the pins (roll a ball at empty soda cans)...it was actually quite hard to do...

Nathan's favorite game was the ring toss...he was quite skilled at this game...



I think that the highlight of the carnival was when Mr.Bertsche ...the principal..came and tryed his luck at the "pop the balloon game"...he succeeded by using his rear-end...the kids were all laughing so hard...

After the carnival, there was a Halloween parade around the school (the kids do not have school Thurs or Friday this week)..see if you can find Karly....
