Wisconsin Dells

We just got back from another great time at Wisconsin Dells..the weather was great all 3 days. On Wednesday we did some shopping downtown and then went to a place called Wizard's Quest...we had never been here before so we didn't know what to expect. We had a blast...as most of you know we are huge Harry Potter fans so this was right up our alley! The object of the game is to find and free all 4 wizards that are hidden throughout the castle by collecting clues and exploring the castle and you have only 90 minutes to do so...there were many small tunnels and slides that we all had to go through...I was unable to get any pictures as it was very dark inside. We ended up finding 3 wizards but we did not make it in the 90 minutes. We would recommend this place to everyone...it is great family fun as you all have to work together to figure out the clues. After our fun in dowtown Dells we went back to our hotel and hung out in the pool and hot tub.
Thursday we got up early and headed to Noah's Ark...our favorite place!! I also have no pictures from Noah's as we were all having fun in the water. Nathan was again scared of most of the slides but we did get him to go down one of the family raft rides...his and my favorite was the Big Kahuna wave pool:) After Noah's Ark we went out to dinner at Famous Daves...Joe's all-time favorite place to eat...for some ribs....




After dinner we went to Pirates Cove and did some mini-golfing...





Nathan was begging to get his picture taken with the Pirate and gave me this weird look...

After all the fun little Nathan was quite tired and barely made it into the bed..
Friday we decided to have some "dry fun". We did some more shopping at the outlet mall and then went to Timber Falls for some rollar coaster fun. Joe and Karly braved the Avalanche rollar coaster...

Nathan and I opted for the more safe bumper boat rides:) However Karly did get me on the log flume coaster ride that I love so much.

We had alot of fun but everyone was glad to get back home and sleep in our nice soft beds. Otis was also very happy for us to come home as he spent the weekend at the Bed & Barkfest Hotel!! We are going to the Manitowoc County Fair on Wednesday and then we are off to Amery to visit Auntie Kate, Uncle Bruce and Cousins Kallie & Lily (and Brutis the dog;) )
